This Award is open to organisation irrespective of size or complexity who can show how Information Technology systems have supported their business in pioneering ways whether that be in staff development, delivering new customer benefits, and creating growth or significant cost savings for their business.
Of particular interest will be the personalisation of IT systems to create, sustain and grow relationships with people and other businesses that you work with.
These relationships may be enhanced through speed of operations, accuracy of service/fulfilment, experience of your customers, improvements in personalised customer engagement, and evolution of the business to compete in the modern business world.
Entries for this Award should explain the pre and post business scenarios of the area that has been the changed and the outcomes from the change.
The judges will be looking for technology installations where the benefit of the business is clearly demonstrable and the human factors have been clearly considered as a part of the overall solution.
