All pre-orders of wine etc will be on tables at the start of the Dinner.  Please do not worry if you haven’t been able to place a pre-order as further orders can be placed at the Bar as well as being able to purchase further drinks throughout the course of the evening!

Parking

Car parking will be available free of charge at Oxford Brookes Headington Hill Campus, Headington, Oxford OX3 0BP. The car park will be manned by a security guard team and will close at 1:30am. Any guests wishing to collect their car the next day will be able to do so from 8am. Please note the taxi pick up point at the end of the evening will be from outside the Clerici Building on Gipsy Lane only.

ICE provides services for people with learning disabilities. Daytime / evenings/ weekends and 24hr supported living. ICE promotes independence, the learning of life skills to enable people to be their best selves. Making friends socialising and having fun whilst learning is the ICE way.
