Rules & Eligibility

Any organisation (including Public Sector, Education, etc.) located within the county of Oxfordshire, who have local management autonomy, may enter.

  1. Sponsors of the Oxfordshire Business Awards are not eligible to enter.

  2. Any entrant may enter a maximum of two of the Business Sector Awards and one of the Individual Awards.

  3. Entries must be completed and received by no later than 17:00hrs on Monday 11 March 2024. There will not be a second stage application form for you to complete. However, it may well be the case that upon receipt of your entry, the Award category sponsor will be in touch with a supplemental document which they will require you to complete.

  4. Entrants must agree to be interviewed by an Award Sponsor.

  5. Selection of finalists will take place at the Judging Meeting on either Tuesday 23 April or Thursday April 2024. Finalists will be notified if they have been shortlisted the same day and by no later than close of business on Friday 26 April 2024. If you have not been shortlisted, you will be notified the following week.

  6. Finalists must be prepared to make themselves available for filming during the week commencing Monday 6 May 2024. Finalists will be filmed at a studio space (yet to be confirmed). Finalists will be required to travel and be represented by a no more than two representatives.

  7. Finalists must agree to take part in publicity leading up to the Awards Dinner and must agree to attend the Awards Dinner on Friday 7 June 2024. Two complimentary tickets will be given to finalists with the ability to purchase more tickets up to a maximum 10 tickets.

  8. Finalists of the 2024 Awards will automatically be considered for The Darcica Logistics Business of the Year Award.

  9. A list of winners can be obtained after Monday 10 June 2024 at www.oxfordshirebusinessawards.co.uk.

  10. All entrants will be notified by email that their entry has been received.

  11. The Judging Panel’s decision is final. Feedback will not be provided.
