We welcome any organisation (including Public Sector, Education, etc.) located within the Oxfordshire administrative boundary that has local management autonomy to enter.

Sponsors, suppliers and official supporters of the Oxfordshire Business Awards are not eligible to enter.

Any organisation considering entering the OXBA may enter a maximum of two business sector Awards and, in addition, as an individual, you can enter either the Young Business Person of the Year Award or the Business Person of the Year Award.

The geographical area covered by the Oxfordshire Business Awards is the whole of the county of Oxfordshire. If you are unsure, please check your postcode.

Yes, it is free to enter the Oxfordshire Business Awards.

If you are shortlisted as a finalist in any of the Award categories, you will be offered two complimentary tickets to attend the Celebration of Oxfordshire Business Awards Dinner on Friday 7 June 2024*.

*Maximum of two tickets per finalist regardless of whether you are shortlisted in more than one Award category.

Yes, you can only apply via the Oxfordshire Business Awards website.

Simply complete the application form and upload via the website. You can also attach documents to support your application. If you experience any problems with submitting your application, please email enquiries@oxfordshirebusinessawards.co.uk

You will be able to complete your entry form either in part or in full. There is an option to save the entry form throughout the process. Once saved, the system will send to you a link which you will be able to access at any time. We would encourage you to download a copy of the entry form here and prepare your entry ahead of completing online.

This will very much depend upon the Award category you have entered. Judges may require business plans which should contain financials along with any other promotional material.

If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact the Sponsor Contact direct, details of which can be found on the Sponsors page. They will be more than happy to discuss with you the criteria that they are expecting you to fit for the particular Award.

Yes, but one application must be made for each individual.

All entrants must be available for interview by the sponsor. Individual sponsors will decide whether to visit after you have completed the more detailed form which will be sent to you following your initial entry. If they decide to visit, they will make an appointment to attend your company office.

Tickets to attend the Oxfordshire Business Awards Dinner are not available to purchase at the moment. If you would like to enquire about purchasing tickets to attend, please send an email to enquiries@oxfordshirebusinessawards.co.uk

Should your company not be shortlisted and you do not want to attend the Dinner, a full refund will be given. You must ensure that you notify us of your decision to not attend by Friday 3 May 2024 . After this date no refund will be issued. If your company is shortlisted, you will receive two free tickets.

The Judging Meeting will take place on either Thursday 25 April 2024. All finalists will be notified by close of play the same day. Those entrants who have not been successful will be notified in writing by email by close of play on Friday 26 April 2024. For the avoidance of doubt, only the top three in each category are shortlisted. The winner from each category will be announced from those three at the Awards Dinner on Friday 7 June 2024.

Should you be shortlisted to the final three, in your Award category, you will be able to use the Oxfordshire Business Awards logo on all promotional material that your company may have. There are certain terms for using the logo on your website and for a version of these terms please contact us.
