During a trip to Argentina in her 20s, Jenny was inspired by the outstanding craftsmanship of Argentinian artisans and the beauty of La Pampa’s landscapes. In 2008, Jenny founded created pampeano, a handcrafted leather goods brand now sold in over 400 premium retailers worldwide.

'pampeano’, meaning from La Pampa, is a nod to its Argentine heritage and the traditional craftsmanship it celebrates.

The pampeano team has grown through the years and it’s their dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment have been the driving force behind our success. Together, we have created something truly special, and it is their hard work and creativity that continue to elevate pampeano to new heights.

Jill founded Inclusive Care & Education (ICE) as a social enterprise in 2010 providing services to people with learning disabilities.

Her motivation to start ICE came from the frustration in the lack of services for people with learning difficulties. This frustration led to Jill starting services that she believed people would not only enjoy but would continue to learn from.

Since 2010 ICE has gone from strength to strength providing day service 5 days per week for over 30 people per day. Currently 4 supported living homes supporting 16 people 24 hours a day 365 days a year and a fifth home soon to open which will provide life long homes for a total of 20 people.

As the Founder and Managing Director, John has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth, fostering a strong community presence, and demonstrating exceptional leadership.

His vision, adaptability, and commitment to excellence has shaped Amber into the successful financial planning firm it is today.
