This Award is open to a person under 40 years of age on 1 January 2026 who has worked in a business environment for a minimum of three years. Entrants must be endorsed by a business colleague, partner, or client.

Entrants are anticipated to be business owners and/or directors who have brought financial benefits/entrepreneurial flair to their current organisation through their efforts.

Entrants should be able to show evidence of some or all of the following:

• Developing and implementing strategic business plans

• Implementing plans to achieve growth and improve profitability

• Actively taken steps to exceed customer expectations

• Raised their organisation’s profile
