Henry Lynch commenced his career as an apprentice carpenter 14 years ago, following in his brother’s footsteps, Henry quickly distinguished himself by winning the prestigious Oxfordshire’s Best Apprentice Award.

Henry’s path then led him into the office, where he thrived as a skilled project manager working for his father’s company Lynch Building Contractors. Today, he stands as the accomplished Managing Director of Lynch Brother Homes, a testament to his commitment and ascent within the construction industry.

Shefali is a co-founder and director of Oxford Dynamics, a UK based company working at the cutting-edge of Embodied Intelligence - the convergence of AI and robotics – to achieve intelligent machines able to sense, learn, and act in complex environments. 

She holds a Master’s degree in Space Engineering and Astronautics, and has built her career at the intersection of science, innovation, and entrepreneurship. With a background in deep-tech ventures, Shefali has led multidisciplinary teams in translating cutting-edge research into commercially viable technology.

Ben founded Thompson & Terry Recruitment in 2014, identifying a gap in the market for a headhunting approach to typical recruitment agency-level vacancies.
